This class provides an overview of best practices for organizing operations and initiatives in various areas including office procedures, manuals and documentation, correspondence, internal communications and external marketing, physical resources bookstore and general financial management. This information can be adapted to alternative ministries.

Course Presentation

Faculty will prepare a Learning Guide for each week’s work. The Learning Guide will include comments about the topic to be studied during the week as well as suggestions about what to look for in the assigned readings.
